Where we ship
Right now we ship to the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. If you’re outside the US and want a box, email us — we’re working on it, and adding you to the waitlist helps us prioritize.
When we ship
- Monthly subscription boxes ship during the first week of every month. If you sign up mid-month, your first box goes out the first week of the following month, and your billing date becomes that day.
- Complete-set binders ship within 5 business days of purchase.
How we pack
Every box includes:
- Penny sleeves on every card
- Top-loaders for rares and holos
- A team bag or cello wrap around the bundle
- A tamper-evident seal on the inner bundle
- A printed manifest card listing every card in your box with a QR code
Monthly boxes ship in padded bubble mailers. Binders ship in rigid mailers or small boxes. Both methods have handled thousands of kitchen-table test packs without issue.
The pre-ship photo — our trust guarantee
We photograph the contents of everybox before sealing it. The QR code on your manifest links to a timestamped photo of exactly what’s inside your box, taken moments before we closed it.
This is how we make sure there’s never any ambiguity about what you received. Scan it when the box arrives, compare it to what’s inside, tell us if anything’s off. Nobody else in this space does this.
Carriers + tracking
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage for most orders. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created. You can also see it on your account page.
Transit time is typically 3–7 business daysfrom dispatch, depending on distance. USPS is reliable but imperfect. We don’t offer expedited upgrades right now — subscription economics don’t work at priority rates.
Late, lost, or damaged boxes
If it’s late
If USPS hasn’t delivered a box within 14 days of the shipping notification, email us. We’ll open a carrier investigation and send you a replacement if it’s genuinely lost.
If it’s damaged
Photograph the damaged packaging + damaged cards, email us within 14 days, and we’ll replace the damaged cards or refund the box — your choice.
If the contents don’t match the manifest
This shouldn’t happen (we photograph every box), but if it does, email us with the manifest QR photo + a photo of what you received. We’ll make it right immediately.
Address changes
Update your shipping address any time from nostalgic.cards/account. Changes apply to future boxes — a box already printed and packed can’t be redirected.
Returned-to-sender boxes
If a box comes back to us because the address was wrong, we’ll email you. We hold returned boxes for 30 days. You can update your address and we’ll reship at a $6 reshipping fee (to cover another label).
